I was referred to this shop by my best friend, and because of that, I arrived with a great deal of confidence. I always look for recommendations before choosing a service, and I strongly value referrals from people I trust. I dropped off my car at the shop on a Saturday afternoon. The owner who received us said that he would provide me with an estimate on Monday. That did not happen. After five days without any update, I reached out and was told that they were still looking into the vehicle and that the issue might actually be related to the engine. The following day, I asked again for an update and some perspective on what was actually wrong with the car. I did not receive a response, so I went to the shop in person. I was then told that the problem was related to the spark plugs and ignition coils and that I would receive an estimate. I received the estimate later that same day, totaling approximately $890, for replacing 6 spark plugs, 3 ignition coils, and another item of approximately $60 that was not clearly explained to me. As a customer, I asked a very simple question: Could you please explain what was justifying that amount? I tried contacting the shop by message and a

I came a year ago because my tires felt like they needed an alignment and they were super nice to me when they told me I didnβt need an alignment or my wheel balanced. They did rip me off tho. My engine light was on and they told me it was because I needed a new battery and they sold me a battery that cost about $239 at oreillys and they sold it to me for $372 that came from oreillys too. And it only lasted me a yearπ other than that both guys were extremely kind but I wouldnβt come again sadly.
